The next step in the evolution of our highly popular Ruggedized Crossbars, our new Ruggedized Extrusion Crossbar line offers the same functionality and strength as our classic crossbars, but in the popular Aluminum Extrusion format! 

The all new Ruggedized Extrusion Crossbars feature rust resistant Stainless Steel ends finished in black powder coating, and Aluminum Extrusion for the crossbar body for a light weight, rust resistant package. Hardware is Stainless Steel M6 bolts with a black oxide finish. 

Our new Ruggedized Extrusion Crossbars are also compatible with our current line-up of 3/4 and 7/8 Side Rail Kits and Complete Racks by bolting the Extrusion body to the bottom 90 degree lip of the Crossbar Ends. Ruggedized Extrusion Crossbars are also backwards compatible with our Legacy Ruggedized Crossbars, so you can mix and match if needed for your application!

The crossbar ends allow for easy roof top tent installation as well on factory side rail setups - you now have the ability to install the extrusion body to the tent separately from the Crossbar Ends. Install the Crossbar Ends on your vehicle's factory side rails, and drop the tent assembly with extrusion attached onto the Crossbar Ends. The 90 degree bends on the Crossbar Ends will support the extrusion while you bolt the Crossbar Ends to the extrusion!

Crossbars come with all hardware needed for installation. Tools required: 4mm and 5mm hex key.

Compatible with 2010-2024 4Runners with factory side rails or our upgraded side rail options. Not compatible with 2010-2013 Trail or 2019+ TRD Pros with the basket racks.

Compatible with our Bolt On Wind Fairing accessory for reduced wind noise as well.
