Low Profile Extrusion Rack - 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacoma

Introducing our new low profile aluminum extrusion rack for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab!

New lower profile rack with powder coated Aluminum Extrusion crossbars and Stainless Steel formed side rails featuring a stiffening bend for incredible rigidity and rust proof construction.

Includes seven crossbars, including the wind fairing crossbar and M6 black oxide stainless steel hardware. A rubber edge trim bulb helps make a seal with the roof to keep wind noise to a minimum.  Powder coated extrusion crossbars maintain their color when exposed to the elements and won't turn chalky like anodized aluminum does outdoors. 

Our rack installs to the factory threaded holes in the roof, no drilling or permanent modifications required. (We recommend installing a strip of 3M paint protection film in conjunction with the edge trim to prevent dust and debris from rubbing paint).
